Furry friends are always welcome for a $40 one time fee (per stay)

Roosevelt Grove of Ancient Cedars
Old-growth cedars up to 12 ft in diameter and 800–3,000 years old. A one-mile loop trail along the creek leads to a stunning waterfall viewpoint.
American Falls
Near the Canadian border, Upper Priest Lake flows over a rock outcrop to form a stunning wall of white water.

Welcome to Coolin Motel at Priest Lake — a family-owned lodge carrying forward a legacy of warm hospitality. Recently, ownership passed from one long-standing Priest Lake family to another, and we’re proud to continue the tradition of friendly, down-to-earth lodging with a true at-home feeling.
Who We Are The Cooling Motel are committed to preserving the welcoming spirit that has always defined this place while investing in thoughtful improvements to elevate the guest experience. We believe great stays don’t have to be expensive: our goal is to keep lodging affordable and comfortable for families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts.
